1. INTRODUCTION

These terms govern use of our website, free training, application and booking pages, and, where expressly accepted at purchase, the coaching services described in your order or programme agreement. You ("you", "the client") should read them before booking or buying. The first step is a free call. You cannot buy a coaching programme directly through this funnel. A binding paid-service contract is formed only when we accept your enrolment and confirm the agreed services and price in writing after the call. Submitting an application or booking a free call does not commit you to buy or guarantee a place. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must book, agree to and pay for the service, and will be the contracting client.

If a programme agreement sets out specific details of your package, those details take priority over these general terms where they differ. We will provide information you can save, such as an email confirmation.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide performance coaching, mentoring, training, educational resources and related support for athletes. Depending on the package purchased, this may include individual sessions, group sessions, check-ins, community access or digital material. Only the items listed in your written offer, checkout or programme agreement are included.

Our current offer levels are a nine-month programme at £4,997, a higher-tier offer at £9,997 plus a percentage-based fee specified in its written agreement, and an offer at £14,997. The written offer and agreement supplied after the call must specify the exact services and duration for the chosen tier. For a percentage-based fee, they must also state precisely what receipts it applies to, the percentage, the measurement period, when it becomes payable and how it is verified; no such fee is due merely because it is mentioned on this page. Before purchase, we will confirm the programme name, start date, duration, session frequency and length, mode of delivery, support hours and channels, any group or one-to-one access, and the full price or clear method of calculating it. We may reasonably adjust delivery arrangements where necessary and will tell you promptly about material changes. A material change that substantially reduces the promised service will be addressed fairly, including an appropriate alternative or refund of affected services where required.

Coaching is educational and supportive. We do not guarantee selection, a contract, improved performance, earnings or any specific outcome. Our service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, physiotherapy or other regulated professional advice. Tell us about any relevant limitations through the agreed safe process and consult an appropriate professional about health concerns.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

3.1 Price

Payment is by Stripe or bank transfer. We are not currently VAT registered and do not add VAT to the stated prices. The full amount payable, any agreed payment-plan dates and what is included will be made clear before you pay. We will not add fees that were not disclosed and agreed before purchase. If our VAT status changes, the terms of a new purchase will explain any applicable VAT before you commit.

3.2 Payment plans

If we agree a payment plan, the amount and due date of each instalment will be confirmed in writing. A payment plan spreads the agreed price; it does not by itself create a monthly subscription or extend the programme. The amount payable if the programme ends early will be calculated under clause 4 and applicable law, taking account of services supplied, costs reasonably incurred and any savings or ability to resell a place. We will not demand payment for undelivered services where doing so would be unfair or contrary to your statutory rights.

3.3 Missed payments

If a payment is missed, we will contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We may pause access to future sessions or materials on reasonable notice while an undisputed payment remains overdue. Any interest or recovery costs will be charged only if lawful, reasonable and clearly disclosed in the agreed payment terms. Pausing access does not remove rights you have if our service is faulty or not supplied as agreed.

4. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING

4.1 Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer who buys online or by another distance method after the call, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is made for a service contract, subject to applicable exceptions. If you expressly ask us to start coaching during that period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for services actually supplied, provided the required information and request were given. For immediately supplied digital content, different rules apply: we will seek the required express consent and acknowledgement before access starts if the right to cancel is to be lost. We will not treat a general acceptance of these terms as that separate consent. Nothing here limits your statutory remedies if the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as described.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your name and the programme or order details, or use any other cancellation method we provide. If you have a statutory right to cancel, you may also use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to use it. The same cancellation information and form should be supplied with the offer and contract confirmation.

4.2 Cancellation after any statutory period

If you wish to leave a fixed-term programme later, tell us in writing. We will confirm what has already been delivered and any reasonable, properly explained amount still payable under the package agreement, considering costs saved and any opportunity to fill your place. Any refund or cancellation charge must be fair in the circumstances. The written programme agreement will explain how an early-exit amount is calculated for that offer.

4.3 Rescheduling and missed sessions

If you need to reschedule an individual session, please tell us as soon as possible. We will offer another slot where reasonably available. If a session is missed or cancelled at short notice, we will consider whether it could reasonably have been reallocated and any exceptional circumstances before deciding whether it counts as used. If you miss a group session, you can watch its recording during your agreed access period. Group sessions are normally not repeated individually because one member did not attend. Your choice not to attend does not extend your programme or automatically create a refund. Any daily check-in arrangements depend on the package confirmed in writing.

If we cancel a session, we will offer a reasonable replacement. If we cannot provide the agreed service, you may be entitled to an appropriate refund or other legal remedy. Repeated non-attendance does not automatically cancel the contract or forfeit all payments.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Please give accurate details needed to arrange coaching; participate respectfully; attend at the agreed time; use the materials only as permitted; and take responsibility for your own training and decisions. Coaching may involve physical activity or sensitive topics. You remain responsible for deciding whether to participate safely and for seeking qualified medical advice when appropriate. This does not exclude liability that we cannot lawfully exclude.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our original course content, coaching materials, branding, templates and other resources remain ours or our licensors'. You may use the resources provided to you for your own participation during the agreed access period. You must not redistribute, sell, publicly post or use them to provide competing training without written permission. This does not restrict any mandatory right you have under law.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDINGS AND TESTIMONIALS

Calls may be recorded for coach training and service quality, and group sessions may be recorded so members can watch a replay. We will tell participants before recording begins and explain how replays are shared. A group replay may include names, voices and contributions; please avoid sharing information in a recorded group that you do not want other members of that group to see. A person can discuss any recording concern with us before participating. Recordings are for these stated purposes and are not automatically licensed for public advertising. We will use an identifiable photo, video, voice, clip or testimonial for public promotion only if the athlete, or the parent or guardian for an under-18, gives separate, optional and specific permission through the enrolment form or a media release. Declining promotional use will not prevent access to coaching. See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

The service runs for the agreed programme period unless ended earlier under these terms, the programme agreement or applicable law. Either party may raise a serious breach in writing and give the other a reasonable opportunity to put it right where appropriate. We may suspend or end access promptly if necessary for safety, safeguarding, abuse, serious misconduct or a material breach. We will explain the decision where lawful and appropriate, and deal fairly with any prepaid services not supplied. Your statutory cancellation and remedy rights remain unaffected.

9. LIABILITY AND OUTCOMES

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise a particular sporting or financial result. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND GROUP CONDUCT

We will handle your personal information under our Privacy Policy and take reasonable care with confidential information you share in coaching. If you join a group, respect other participants' privacy: do not record, share their stories, contact details or private messages without permission. We cannot guarantee that other participants will keep everything confidential; please share accordingly. Safety or legal duties may require us to disclose information in limited circumstances.

11. FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS

We welcome honest feedback and complaints, including public reviews. If there is a problem, you can email [email protected] and we will try to resolve it fairly. You are free to describe your genuine experience and exercise your legal rights. We may act on statements that are knowingly false or otherwise unlawful using ordinary legal remedies.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Our separate Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, the reasons we use it, who receives it, retention and your rights. We do not routinely request medical or injury details through the public application form. If specific health information becomes necessary for coaching or safeguarding, we will explain the purpose and handle it separately under the applicable data protection rules.

13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

If an event outside our reasonable control delays a service, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you on a fair alternative. If a substantial part of the service cannot be supplied, we will discuss cancellation or an appropriate refund. This does not remove your statutory rights.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update website terms for future visitors and purchases, showing the new date above. The version accepted for an existing paid contract remains in place unless both parties agree to a lawful change or a specific fair variation mechanism in the programme agreement applies. We will notify you of a proposed material change to an ongoing service and explain your options.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law. Mediation may be agreed voluntarily; it is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.
